Russell Adams

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Managing Director Russell Adams has more than three decades of experience in the industry, having worked in mining, construction and training, he has been teaching full time for the last ten years throughout Australia in Vocational and Education and Training both in capital cites and in remote locations.. He started Infrastructure Training Pty Ltd two years ago with the belief that he could provide a unique one-on-one student-based education service that specialised in reaching disadvantaged groups that have been left behind in the traditional training and education sphere. "We have gained invaluable experience in literacy and numeracy and have developed teaching techniques that are tailored to the needs of our students. We appreciate the richness that each student brings and we adapt our approach and teaching style to meet their needs and strengthen their learning. We pride ourselves in bringing a level of care, compassion and integrity to their learning experience".

Russell is currently studying a Bachelor's Degree in Vocational Education and Training.

Rajmonda Agollari Adams

STUDENT SERVICES

Rajmonda is a dedicated and experienced Counsellor having completed her advanced vocational qualification at the Australian College of Applied Psychology, she has a passion for education and learning.
With close to 15 years’ experience in healthcare and customer service Rajmonda brings strong stakeholder management skills and her values-align with those of Infrastructure Training Pty Ltd.

Rajmonda is committed to student outcomes and believes in the art of listening and understanding the backgrounds of those she is assisting to move forward in their learning experience. Her qualification in counselling coupled with her strong communication skills drive her commitment to building relationships and focusing on win-win outcomes with students.

As a migrant to Australia, she has shared experiences and has faced the challenges of people who have English as a second language and she plays an integral role in delivering the objectives of Infrastructure Training Pty Ltd. Fluent in three languages (Greek, Albanian and English), she values tailored and effective communication and views training as a key step to building student confidence and creating a platform for community participation.

Irini Agollari

RISK & COMPLIANCE

Irini is a trained lawyer by background, with a postgrad in Economics. She brings 14 years’ experience in risk and compliance management and has worked in the private and public sector, both in Australia and overseas. Fluent in 4 languages, Irini is a strong people-leader with a passion for digitising and building scalable.

Irini is an advocate for gender equality and diversity more broadly, she is a self-proclaimed "empowered woman who empowers women". She is the founder of Swan Noir (a Risk Management Advisory Business), and through this vehicle she offers pro-bono services to women in start-ups and for-purpose organisations.

Irini started her career in civil litigation, and quickly moved into the world of risk and compliance, first in the Commonwealth Department of Industry, and later in the private sector. She worked across a variety of starts ups where she successfully built high performing teams, developed Risk Management Frameworks and set the foundations for a strong risk culture with a focus on training and implementation.

Irini holds a number of Board and Advisory roles where she uses her skills to enable strategic outcomes.

Margie Hume

LEARNING LITERARY & NUMERACY TEACHER

Margie Hume is a highly qualified­ and extremely experienced teacher having first graduated in 1977. Her highly sort after qualifications include ‘Master of Arts Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages’ and ‘Graduate Diploma in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Teaching’.

She currently teaches Language, Literacy and Numeracy support in various courses. Her successful teaching of the Get Ready program is Industry recognised and awarded.

Her students’ profile is often those from multi-cultural and indigenous backgrounds whose education has been compromised. Her enthusiasm and professionalism are reflected in and shines through with continual positive student and collegiate feedback.
